Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces during their stay, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living and dining areas, private deck, outdoor furniture, BBQ and fire pit area.

Private parking is available directly at the property for convenient arrivals and departures.

Please note that nearby beaches, trails, river access and other recreational areas are public/community amenities and are not part of the private property.

Other things to note
Please read before booking:

This home is surrounded by beautiful Muskoka forest, so wildlife and insects may occasionally be seen. Please never approach or feed wildlife.

No parties or events: Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a $1,000 charge and termination of the stay.

Pets allowed: Well-behaved pets are welcome. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage or excessive cleaning required.

Noise: Please respect our peaceful neighbourhood. Loud music, shouting, excessive outdoor noise and disturbances are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be considerate of our neighbours at all times.

Garbage: Never leave garbage, food or garbage bags outside, as they can attract wildlife. All waste must be properly secured in the designated area.

Plumbing: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, food or any other items down the toilets.

Fire pit: The fire pit may only be used when there is no active fire ban. Never leave a fire unattended and ensure it is completely extinguished after use.

BBQ: Please clean the BBQ after each use and leave the BBQ and surrounding area tidy.

Propane: We do our best to ensure propane is available; however, a tank may occasionally run out during your stay. If this happens, please have it refilled locally, keep the receipt and we will reimburse you for the refill cost.

Please respect the home, furniture, outdoor spaces and surrounding nature. We kindly ask that you keep the property clean and leave it in good condition at checkout.
