“Overall impressions in these categories: House: Beautiful. Big enough for our group of 13, kids and adults. Kitchen is more than great. Screened porch is better than good. Dining area large enough we could all eat in the same area. Rec room including table tennis was used a lot.Water: Fishing was slow but that's no one's fault. Kayaks were used a lot everyday. “Nice place with plenty of room. The kitchen was clean and even had an air fryer and blender. The queen bed was a bit soft for my taste but that is a preference not a requirement. The local bakery, Bread of Life, had wonderful pastries and pasties. Joe checked in with us a couple times just to be sure everything was great. And it was. We were near plenty of great places to hike and enjoy the area. If we come back to this part of the UP, we will be checking here again. ”

“This was a great little house to rent, good location, pet friendly, very comfortable bed, clean. Just a couple of suggestions for improvements: stock kitchen better with some necessities like dish soap(only a drop left in bottle and no dishwasher soap), lids for pans, tin foil, baggies, plastic wrap, oil for cooking. Provide a grill and some outdoor chairs. People renting should know there is a bar right next door so not very kid friendly due to noise at night on weekends with outdoor stage for...

It’s the cleanest and beyond well stocked with comfort extras. Host kindly communicated to make sure we had or needed anything. I will recommend this place to everyone looking to visit the area. “Cozy new and clean house stocked with many basics and extras for a comfortable stay. The deck and firepit looked inviting but we were too busy with family wedding activities to enjoy them. Location close to the Red Crown Lodge. Plenty of room to spread out on the 2 levels. Comfortable furniture in the sitting area - love the swivel chairs.”
