“Because of flight delays, we arrived just before midnight. Fortunately for us, we had no problems getting to this location and settling in for the night. Host communicated before arrival how to access property. It was everything we expected and then some. The price point is excellent and you are in a great location for all services, restaurants, coffee, fuel, groceries, etc. Easy drive to Zion and some wonderful state parks. Tight quarters in the bathroom but that’s not where you hang out for...

“Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash...

“Lovely, super comfortable home, perfect exploring Zion. The fenced backyard was perfect for my dog and the place was perfectly set up. Everything you needed was present and in amazing condition. The place was very clean and was a short drive to many of the wonderful parks in the area. The owners were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.”
