Don’t go to the Hawaiian bros unless you enjoy microwaved food that will make you sick.”

“We came back to this same hotel from a stay in 2025. It has significantly gone downhill. The entrance, hallways and doors are scuffed and look really worn. After check-in we found that our room was not cleaned. We specifically requested a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid Interstate traffic noise. The request was not communicated. Our room was clean and smelled deeply of Pine Sol. It had a fire alarm that continuously chirped, randomly. The first night, we called a front desk personnel...

“We were charged a parking fee. There was nothing on our confirmation receipt about the fee. After we checked in the front desk person handed us a parking flyer to place in our window and told us it would be $7.00 to use the parking lot. I would expect a parking fee for a full service hotel in a downtown setting, but this was a convenience motel in a suburb of a small city in Iowa. Hidden fee...inexcusable”
