“This condo was very nice. The best part was its location. We parked at the closest parking ramp, and did not go back to our vehicle until we left. It’s an easy walk to anything in the Savanna historical district. The only negatives were things out of the property owners control like a noisy upstairs neighbor stomping around, and early morning deliveries and garbage pick up right outside the windows. I will rent again from this place next time I visit Savanna”

All of the villas we stayed in previously, the bed was right by the door. We love staying in Seaside Villas and this condo did not disappoint!”

“Perfect condo for two. Exceptionally clean and well maintained and everything you need with a lot of extras. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio with the beautiful view of the beach. So convenient to beach and Coligny Plaza. Many restaurants and shops including Piggly Wiggly in Coligny Plaza. Great communication with Patti and easy entry to condo. ”

“We so enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Even though the property is not beach front, it was so easy to get to the beach. There was a convenient paved path to the beach and we had access to a private bathroom (for guests of the condo complex) right near the boardwalk to the beach. “This property was one if tbe best we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail made all the difference. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, bed was comfortable, the wireless charging stations were a plus, there were even beach towels. The only glitch was error on our part, we couldnt find the elevator!”

The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were provided helped save us some money.
