Ingen AC
Personalen var trevlig men ingen AC, endast en fläkt på rummet. Urusel städning, fick inte nya glas på hela veckan eller bytna sängkläder för den delen. De damsög inte eller torkade av ytor/speglar osv. Wi-fi som inte funkade på rummet. Mycket lyhört. Skulle ej rekommendera!

Undvik detta hotell
Ofräscha rum utan luftkonditionering (blir extremt varmt på natten). Dyrt med tanke på den standard man får. Det enda positiva är att det ligger bra, precis vid hamnen, men jag tycker ändå man bör hitta ett annat boende.

WARNING - DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
Never ever go there!This hotel is not a hotel - this is more like a dorm. The hotel is in great need of renovation and it really is a sadness, anger and disappointment that appeared when we checked in. An imminent sour smell of mildew, disgusting and dirty carpet in the hall with large spots, the bathroom's tiled floors were cracks everywhere and large accumulations of dirt in the corners and in the joints. When we booked the room should have a view to the "park" but instead of that it was directly into a stnoe wall .The bed matress was also terrible! We heard everything that happened above us, and even the floor below, so loudly!. The guests we met were young, and everywhere where the doors open and we could see straight into their room, where they among other things, was sleeping / listening to music / hung out / talked loudly / partied .... it's not really the feeling we wanted to capture when we were on vacation. I will never recommend this to anyone - avoid the hotel ----- here is nothing of value and you will be so disappointed! DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Perfekt läge!
Vistelsen i sin helhet var mycket bra. Snäll och hjälpsam personal och hotellet ligger perfekt, med närhet till både bad, affärer och restauranger. Frukost ingår men den var ganska torftig. Ingen AC på rummen, så varma nätter men bra balkong med fin utsikt! Prisvärt!

Väldigt bra läge. Tillmötesgående personal, bra service. Varmt på rummen, ingen fläkt eller ac, en del störande ljud på nätterna från discotek oavsett om fönster var öppna eller stängda, vi hade rum ut mot hamnen.

Amfora hotel
This is a review for the Amfora Hvar Hotel as the Delfín Hvar Hotel was closed and I was changed over to their Amfora property. This is a really nice hotel and a beautiful location.

The hotel is located along the water so the view from the room was very nice. The hotel itself could use some updating, the carpets are pretty worn and there was no air conditioning. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable.

No tiene aire acondicionado en el cuarto piso, las ventanas dan al amanecer y medio día, si afuera hace 35 grados en la habitación hace 45, increíble!!! La heladera no funcionaba y el baño no tiene luz! Un desastre! Solo es buena la ubicación y el bar de abajo

Location of the front reception of the hotel was great, just off the waterfront but rooms were to far from the waterfront and behind buildings to be considered a sea view in my opinion. Rooms were mediocre to say it nicely. Bed was ok but that was the highlight. No air conditioning apart from one blow fan and toilet area looked like it was last remodeled in the 60’s. Breakfast was ok but it was standard continental breakfast and quality of produce weren’t that high.

Styr unna!
Bestilte rom på dette hotellet, da det lå sentralt på Hvar og bildene så bra ut. Rommet var så varmt at det var nesten uforsvarlig å sove der. Er ingen aircondition der. Måtte ligge med kalde våte håndklær i senga for å få sove. Rommet var veldig slitt og luktet gammelt. Anbefales ikke!

Nice and Central around Hvar Harbour
Nice hotel in a very nice location at the centre of all lively bars and clubs around Hvar Harbour. The room itself is basic and a downside was there was no air-conditioning in my room and it proved to be very hot during my stay there, I do not know about other rooms or did not ask. The service from hotel staff and restaurant bar was great and cannot fault anything else during my stay.

It wasn't the hotel that we booked. We booked the Delfin bevause of its proximity to the harbour and the Pharos (while a perfectly good hotel) was much further away on foot, particularly for a partly disabled member of our party.

Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno. El precio es acorde a las instalaciones. Es limpio, se nota que es un hotel viejo y le falta algo de mantenimiento en varios sectores: por ejemplo al ascensor. Como sugerencia, cambiaría el alfombrado por porcelanato ó flotante.

Ingen renhold, ikke air condicion, ikke brannalarm
Det var ikke air condicion, vi sporte om en ny vifte men fikk ikke det. I løpet av oppholdet ble det heller ikke vasket, så det kom dyr på rommet. Frokosten var helt ok, ble servert eggerøre hver dag. Det var heller ikke brannalarm på hotellrommet, heller ikke ute i gangen utfor rommet. Eneste stedet vi så brannalarm var i resepsjonen

Hotel in posizione centrale ma è l'unico pregio. Camere veramente fatiscenti . Puzzolenti è veramente calde. La pulizia non è il massimo. Stay at the Delfin Hvar Hotel!
Ok, I was lucky as I had a room at the back of the hotel with a bathroom window and it was cool. My friends who also stayed were allocated in the front rooms and it is a hotbox. There is a fan, but will circulate hot air unless you were in a room like mine. My room was located on the 4th floor, but the lift only goes up to the 3rd, so be prepared for a short climb up stairs. Another note to add is that all of the rooms are twin rooms. It is a little dated, but you get what you pay for. Staff were very friendly, explained things really well (including the correct price for island tax) and the sports bar was great as was there for the world cup and was buzzing all of the time. Breakfast is what you would expect for a buffet (hot and cold food) and was tasty. Use that to your advantage as can be expensive eating out in Hvar, so top up on breakfast if you are on a budget. Hotel is centrally located to bars, the ferry and sea taxis to take you to other islands. Beaches are nearby too which is handy for topping up on the tan. If you want to crash your head and have fun every night, this place is for you and will stay there again.
