“Place was clean. Several issues reported by guests that were not addressed. Screens were still broken.Front door landing has settled with over a 10 inch drop. Bottom step is an unstable stack of cement blocks. Toilet was not repaired from last guests comments.Hard to navigate safely. Air conditioning worked well. Fire pit was so rusted, unsafe to use. Location is great, needs some TLC.”

“Everything was in good condition and suited our purposes perfectly. The unit was cheerful and comfortable for three adults and the kitchen was well equipped for the light meals we had there (note to host: need a couple of potholders and some hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms). We were not there long enough to use any of the facilities so can't rate the pool.”

“The unit is a quiet tucked away room amongst what looks like an older motel that has been refurbished as individual updated units. The gardens were lovely and the place was clean. I was surprised how great the location was in terms of being able to walk 10 minutes to a beach and 20 minutes to the main downtown area of shops in Harwich Port. It’s important to read the amenities list as there is no kitchen (mini fridge and microwave included). Also the host does offer beach chairs and pool towels....

“I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. ”

“Great beach access and helpful information on nearby restaurants was provided. We did leave behind “Fluffy” our puppy’s favorite stuffed animal. He is probably under the very comfortable bed.”

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights is this comfy, well-decorated, clean and quiet unit. It had all the necessities and is located in a neighborhood, so we felt like locals. It is conveniently located near lots of things to do, both walking and driving. Communication with hosts was fantastic. We found their directions and suggestions very helpful. ”
