“First time I've ever booked through VRBO (or any other online system) and I was a little nervous about the whole thing but ....The place was a perfect stay for myself and two 14 year olds .... the clean pond was perfect for the teens who took advantage of it a few times; if we had more time they would have been in it more. Being able to use the grill a few times was great Location was perfect to the beach and quick drives Orleans for paddlebpoarding and Yarmouth for mini golf. My daughter said...

“This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ...

“This was a perfectly relaxing fully equipped Falmouth oasis for a couple, and the extra bed was perfect for when our adult son decided to join us for part of the stay. Meticulously prepared and very comfortable, just perfect.”

“Cape Cod Loft was extremely clean, very quiet, and comfortable beds. The furnishings are nicely done and the property and neighborhood are excellent. The “kitchenette” is very basic, it’s more like what a hotel provides than a kitchenette. The host provided an extra very nice air mattress for the night our granddaughters stayed with us. We were concerned about the traffic staying on the Sagamore side of the bridge but because it’s located very close to the bridge we had no trouble crossing...

“The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. ”
