“It is Hydra, and there are some steps to be climbed to get to it either on foot or by donkey, but our kind host Theodora has a gem of a property at which to stay close to town. It is very neat and clean, with a little inner courtyard for eating dinner and visiting with friends, and a roof top area that can be climbed via a narrow stair case with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and Hydra Town. (This was a really nice feature) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend...

“Really enjoyed our stay. House was good, but the pool was what made it, all to ourselves, warm water, lovely view. Both our VRBO contact and the person who lived downstairs were both really helpful but not at all obtrusive on our holiday. Porto heli is nice. We should probably have hired a car to explore more but taxis were easy and not too expensive. Spetses was lovely to visit by water taxi.”

“We had a great stay on Hydra, Greece. This accommodation was just right for our family - a very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The island of Hydra is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. We arrived early (before check-in time) and she allowed us to leave all of our luggage in the apartment while they finished cleaning.”

“The apartment is very spacious for our family (two adults, two children). Nice bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable airco, and beautiful view on the sea from multiple terraces. The swimming pool is perfect to cool off and have fun with the kids. There are plenty nice beaches around, even within 5 minutes walking distance. Kosta as place is not very interesting, but it is only a 10 minutes drive to Porto Cheli with AB supermarket, bakeries and nice restaurants. John is a very kind host,...

“It is everything listed! The only issue may be how steep the stairs are, but this is not unusual on Hydra or in Greece for that matter. Things are built upward, not outward so there are usually steep stairs at hotels and even restaurants. I only mention it if you have older or weaker members, they may not be able to use the upstairs. My wife and I had no problems though and we're well over 50! Rania is very easy to work with and attentive! Definitely a great place to stay!”

“Great place, to put it simple! We had the Executive and it was worth it, nice big terrasse with view over the village and some sea views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Breakfast was available in the fridge, like cheese, greek yougurt etc and the friendly guy who picked us up at the ferry came with bread each morning. The only strange thing was the warm water, we never got it right so showering was a short joy. But that was just a minor thing, in all we sure recommend this...
