“I booked the Deluxe Penthouse for a week with my 89-year-old mother. The condo was full of deferred maintenance, and we lost hours of our vacation waiting for repair people from Tuesday through Saturday. - No bedroom A/C all week. My mother slept on the couch. Fans were brought in instead, with a constant high-pitched whine. - Dishwasher broken. A technician spent two hours on it, and it took three more days to decide to replace it. - Coffee maker broken. Pots and pans scratched and dirty. -...

“The rooms are in need of maintenance and repair. Hot water in the shower was intermittent. Bathroom flooded every time you took a shower due to cheap shower curtain. My friend had a room on the first floor that smelled like sewer and had cockroaches.”

“I can't wait to go back!”

“We had a short stay in the off season with very kind staff. I think we were some of the only guests, but everything was in working order for our use.”

“Excellent location in LaPaz. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Daily cleaning excellent. Deep clean of fans etc, maybe needed and some new towels. We were 2 in the room and only one hand towel. Asked for an extra, and staff came quickly with one, but maid did not put in 2 the following days. Beds comfortable. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, furniture a bit worn. There is a coffeemaker in the room, but no filters or coffee. If there was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room...
