“The jacuzzi is not functional and filthy! We waited for hours to have it filled and cleaned and there was no difference. The staff seems lazy and un attentive. Aradi, a manager, was kind and very helpful. The others not so much. I don’t recommend staying here.”

“Very Safe Hotel to stay in Tijuana. The staff is awesome and the bar food is delicious. The hotel location is great. I come to TJ every 2 months and HYATT PLACE meet all of my expectations. The breakfast is included but, I am not going to say it is the best except for Sundays. You do have the option to buy breakfast from the menu right after 10:00 am ( after the breakfast buffet finishes ) Security guard @ the Hotel and parking lot entrance 24/7”

“Hotel has a covered garage for parking. Air conditioning was working well and room was very clean. Staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. The complementary continental breakfast included with the room needs some improvement; it’s basically coffee and toast. No fresh fruit, bagels and juices.”

“Stayed in room 102. During our stay we seen multiple cockroaches, the sheets had stains and dark shoe marks, the floors were cracked and scratched. The front desk man woke us up at 2:30 am by knocking loudly at our door because he wanted to get an identification card from 1 of our guest. Mind you we had already checked in at 11:00 pm. Very odd and inconsiderate behavior to wake us up at 2:30 am for something that can wait till the next morning.”

“It’s a nice clean place to sleep. The staff was helpful. Not the best location so to speak kind of out-of-the-way but easily accessible from the border. I just think the pictures overhyped it. I rented a room on the fifth floor and I was given one on the second floor, so that’s definitely less of a view.”
