“The room we stayed in had a lot of water damage and the lock didn’t work. It looked like someone tried to break in at some point and damaged it. The tub caulk was covered in mold and there were mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom area. We were excited about the free laundry but half the machines were out of order so we had to do ours in the middle of the night to avoid the crowd. We loved the food served at the social hour on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday but the breakfast was...

“They have sharp metal discs hanging on the wall when you walk in and it ripped a 2-in gas in my arm. I spoke to the person in charge and they simply did not care. I would not stay at a true by Hilton because the sharp disc will slice you if you're not careful and they have them at eye level in the restroom as well. My last stay at a Tru”

“Our room was upgraded to a bigger suite which was very nice. I did have to clean the toilet, but the rest of the room was fairly clean.”

“It was just an over night , but the beds were really comfortable and I slept like a baby. The room was clean and i didn't have to wear shoes since the floors were clean. I would say the rooms are a little roomy with extra space to keep luggage. The girl at the desk was very nice and friendly. She made you feel very welcomed.
