“I had to wait 20 minutes to check in because there was no receptionist. The door was locked, and I had to wait outside in the hot weather. I kept calling, and after 25 minutes they finally gave me a room.
When I opened the room, there was no bed, the room was damaged, and repair equipment was left on the floor. I went to find a staff member, and they changed me to another room.
In the new room, I couldn’t even open the door from the inside. Definitely not coming back to this hotel again.”

“Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”
“This is a great Hotel! We love the rooms and the breakfast is awesome! We also love the security! Only minor problem was the couch seem to be caved in in the middle from long-term usage.”

“Great property. Very clean and quiet. Perfect to bring my dog! Has a doggy play area. Breakfast buffet was amazing for a “continental breakfast “. Very large variety of food. Will book again at Staybridge!”
