“The hotel itself is clean with modern furnishings, the guestroom is spacious and comfortable, the location is within a short 5-min walk to the old town, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only minor inconvenience during our stay was that the hotel restaurant was undergoing renovation, so guests had to find nearby places to eat, which was easy as there are many options within walking distance. “The staff was terrific! There could have been a little more music by the pool areas as it was very quiet most of the time. Perhaps though that is the vibe of the property. The restaurants were just ok. Breakfast was pretty standard but the other places were just average. Unfortunately due to events, we were not able to enjoy the rooftop restaurant. However, I will say that our room came with a butler and he was terrific! He helped us with off site reservations and his recommendations were...

“The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar.
