Nestled in the St. Mary's Glacier neighborhood, this family friendly mountain home is the embodiment of the ideal mountain home, all while being conveniently close to the city. Our home is a 10 minute walk to the famous St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. You wil have access to breathtaking views at the top of this hike that people travel from all over the country to see.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting entrance leading to an open living room bathed in warm, natural light. Solid Mahogany floors, radiant heating, tongue and groove ceilings, and a wood-burning stove creates a cozy mountain ambiance. There is also a heated garage with a gym for the days you don't feel like outdoor adventuring. ☀Decked out game room will be in the garage beginning end of February!☀

The main floor encompasses a spacious living room, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen featuring a Viking Stove and a new refrigerator, and a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, discover two charming guest rooms, a laundry area, and a large primary bedroom with a work-from home space (desk + chair + monitor), an en-suite bath with a delightful soaking tub. KING bed for the primary room coming mid-March!

The lower level, far from being a typical basement, offers a full lower floor with a full bath, a versatile 4th bedroom/den, and a garage with radiant floor heating. ☀The perfect spot for the kids to hang, gaming console included!☀

Garage includes a home-gym setup with a squat rack, Rogue barbell and rubber plates + kettle bells + exercise bike. Get ready for a brand new game room coming end of February...new photos will be added to our listing soon!

There is parking available in the driveway. The driveway can hold about 3 cars comfortably. *All wheel drive is recommended at minimum, four wheel drive is even better. You will encounter some winding roads on the way up to the house, but nothing too intimidating! You will lose cell service once you start your journey upward, so be mindful of turning your GPS on. You can log onto the wifi as soon as you pull up to the driveway, we provide the WiFi info the morning of your check in!

HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking of any sort (including vaping) is not allowed inside. A fee of $500 applies if smoking inside to remove odor and to compensate our cleaning team for extra efforts.
2. Drug use inside the property is absolutely prohibited. $500 fee applies.
3. Parties and excessively loud music are not allowed.
4. Additional guests - This property is listed for 8 overnight guests total. If you plan to have additional visitors, please share the details with us for approval. Non-disclosed guests will be charged $50/day and/or will be means to cancel your reservation. Per city law, only 8 people can sleep in the home. Breaking this rule will be means to cancel the booking with no refund.
5. The cancellation policy is available before booking. No exceptions will be made if the booking is on the non-refundable period.
6. Pets - dogs allowed. Maximum 3 dogs per reservation. $75 fee per dog must be collected before door code will be provided. Dogs must be on your reservation prior to entry. Must clean up dog waste in the yard. Additional $50 cleaning fee applies to dog waste left in yard.
7. No tampering with security cameras. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance of the home, a security camera above the garage facing the driveway, and a security camera on the back deck. Both devices audio and video record 24/7.
