“My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. “We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! “The house was very nice and very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very remote and it is quite a drive to get to anywhere that has a store, but there is a Dollar General that isn’t that far away. We would highly recommend staying at this place. ”

“A nice little cabin in a great little community. Would definitely stay again.”

“This cozy tiny home cabin was perfect for my week long visit. The space worked for my needs. I was able to work remotely without issue during the day, rest in the living space in the evening after taking in the area with walks on the quiet roads with a beautiful sunset view. The comfortable bed made sure I was well rested and energized for the next day.”

“This property was an amazing New Years getaway with my fiancé and 2 of our dogs. Everything was so cute, cozy, and clean. The yurt was also stocked with everything you could possibly need which was amazing. We couldn’t get over the views! ”

“This was my first time staying in a Tiny Home, and we had a great time! It’s just secluded enough on acres of woods to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The fire pit was amazing with two great swings and several Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The porch swing was a plus! The outdoor area had several rows of outdoor lighting that was beautiful at night. Something to consider though…The spiral stair case is narrow and a little shaky, so if that would be a issue, I wouldn’t suggest staying at this Tiny...

“We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch! We grilled steaks, but did pop into Cafe 136 down the road for breakfast. We also had an app and drink at Canyon Grill before our steak dinner back at the tiny home. I think this tiny home is the most private of three on this property. All look amazing though and I’d return to stay in any of them! Such a fun experience! ”
