“I had an amazing stay at this resort! It is located a bit away from Munnar town, but do not let that worry you as this is beautiful part of Munnar. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, and the resort itself has many options to pass the time. But the best part was the team here. Very professional and helpful! “The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. ”
