“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“Very clean, good acess to level 2 charging stations, good qualith y restaurant and training room. However the room design was odd, with the miror and lavatory as an island in the middle of the room, show and toilet in separate units, the shower transparent making the naked user visible to anyone in the room. 10/10 for breaking usual architecture rules, 7/10 for customer commodity.”

“This facility is a dream! Once we understood the check in process, the concept was simple and very safe. The aparthotel had everything we needed- including privacy, a dishwasher and washer+dryer. The furnishings were comfortable, clean, and convenient. The room was soundproof. The management was so very helpful. The location is perfect. It’s right downtown in Old Montreal.
