“This is a wonderful place to stay! The back yard is beautiful and the suite was extremely clean and stocked with eco friendly products and snacks. The only suggestion I would make is for the host to add a toaster oven. Besides that I was was extremely impressed and would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!”

“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”
