Sunset Serenity Home is an exclusive 8th floor 28 sq. meter corner studio unit. Guests have full access to the Infinity Pool and Fitness Gym. Also, shared communal areas, Pocket Gardens and Kid’s Play Area.
Our home is nestled in a beautiful urban natural environment, encompassing a chilled Filipino neighbourhood which surrounds us. Enjoy your Iloilo getaway and watch the world go by…

Getting around is easy. Trikes are available outside the complex gates. Also, jeepnies are available from nearby Mandurriao Plaza if you enjoy a walk. Or, you can grab a Grab for pick-up outside our tower. Free parking is available on-site in front of the building too. 5 minutes ride to Festive Walk. 5 minutes ride to Iloilo Convention Center. 10 minutes walk to Mandurriao Plaza. 10 minutes ride to SM Iloilo City. 10 minutes ride to Vista Mall. 25 minutes taxi from Iloilo International Airport.

About the building…
Free parking is available street level on-site.
Infinity Pool and Fitness Gym available for all registered guests . Pool toilets can be found in the shower rooms down the steps, next to the pool. Pool hours are 7:00 - 20:00. Gymis open 24 hours.
Please be advised that the pool is closed for maintenance every Monday. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, please be advised that sometimes there are power cuts in Iloilo City. This affects other properties as well and can be city-wide, depending on the location. Please understand that this is beyond our control and in the hands of More Power Company.
Our building has a back up generator to support basic needs during blackouts. Should this happen during your stay, please consult us right away and we will assist you. Thank you.
