“Food and the service level are really bad. Tried to order room service twice, they told me they are very busy and will call back which never happened, so we gave up. Booked the Japanese restaurant one night, when we arrived they told us there is no table available (luckily, since the place looks really awful). Plenty of options nearby 5mins from the hotel. Facility really overpriced compared to the standard of the hotel. Rooms look great though (had the Voyager suite), spacious and new. You have...

“Very enjoyable experience staying at the Gondwana Hotel in Noumea. The staff were excellent; friendly, welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast was enjoyable and the location provided an excellent base from which to explore this lovely part of New Caledonia.”
