“This condo was perfect for our family. We have two kids 6 and 4 years old. They enjoyed the place and the views of planes taking off in the morning. The condo was clean and I felt at ease. The ability to do laundry, cook breakfast and pack lunches for the beach was definitely a plus. We also appreciated the beach chairs and extra beach towels. “Exactly as described, excellent communication from host”

“Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.”

“You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. “The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! ”
