“This is a perfectly appointed, clean and functional place to stay in Incline Village. Complete with protected, covered parking. The owner was immediate and kind in her responses. Will be our go to place for the north shore.”

“We had a wonderfule time. Only thing needs a change is from full bed to queen bed in the 2nd bedroom..more than enough room and put chest if drawers in closets instead of wired racks..just suggestions...otherwise great place all around!”

“PLUSES 1. Convenient location for skiing multiple Lake Tahoe resorts. 2. Well stocked kitchen with ample space. 3. Ample closet space for hanging clothes. 4. Having washer/dryer was very convenient. 5. Carport a big plus in winter when it snows. 6. Within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. THINGS TO CONSIDER 7. Instructions for finding unit were lacking and was hard to find in the dark (took us 20 minutes). The numbering of the units was not intuitive. A detailed map of the...

“Great view of Lake Tahoe! Comfortable and clean. Everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.”

“Our stay was wonderful. The condo is well stocked for a quick two night stay. We did not cook but brought food in. It faces a creak on both sides. Walkways were clean with a bit of iced over snow which was slippery and needed extra caution. I appreciate the management companies communication. We will definitely return.”

“Very clean. Very spacious bed room and family area. Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Location is great. We are surprised to find that it has Jacuzzi and sauna. The overall stay was enjoyable. We have been stayed in Incline village many times. This condo is the best in overall.”

“We loved the space, the view, the bed and the warmth. It was very cozy. Only thing needed is to replace a window curtain that is critical to the views! (but we made a short term fix). The driveway is steep. When it's snowing, its very difficult if not impossible to get in and out. But we were prepared and expected that. It was all plowed and salted the next morning when we had to leave. Great stay!”

“Perfect location for skiing at Diamond Peak for 4 young adults and 2 seniors. Well equipped kitchen except it does not have an electric tea kettle. Con: Parking Card was not available when we arrived (same item was reported in past reviews). Instruction on how to lock the door should be given/emailed on the day of check in. Overall, happy with our stay - reasonable rate compared to 2 similar properties nearby.”
