“This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. ”

“Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great.”

“Wonderful condo. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Comfy beds. Very clean. Quiet. It was very nice to get away from the crowds and retreat to a clean, spacious and homey place. ”

“The location is ideal for using town amenities, very peaceful. Easy access to unit with back stairs and conveniently near to garage. Happy the owners provided fans to cool the unit during the heat wave, made the experience comfortable. Would be nice if the carpet was removed from the unit. Showing age and not best choice for a rental. Windows also need some maintenance, hard to operate for ventilation. Over all a nice experience and would stay again.”
