“We loved our time at this property!! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out with four bedrooms. The pool table and fire pit were a hit for our teenage boys!!”

“Great location for.us.”

“Nice place conveniently located between The Ark and Cincinnati.”

“This is an older home in a neighborhood, but the home has been totally renovated and is very nice. We only stayed one night on our way home from vacation, but thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Very spacious for our family of five. The outdoor space was nice as well even though we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it. The beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Traffic noise was too much”

“Our overall stay was everything we needed and hoped for. I would like to suggest that the owners consider addressing a couple of things that would have been convenient and nice to have operating. One was the back door off the kitchen and breakfast table. The screen would not work for us and it is in need of some repairs. The laundry room floor needs to be leveled which would help with the washer not to move away from where it should be when spinning or at-least a platform that keeps the washer...

“The unit was clean and decorated so nicely! Would absolutely come back!”

“Great central location in a sub-division. Almost right between the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter where we spent our weekend. Close to many grocery options, including a Kroger. Everything about the house was as expected and as described. Would definitely recommend!”

“The house was perfect for our needs and the perfect location to visit the Ark and Cincinnati.”

“We enjoyed our stay the place was well kept and clean. Just wished we could of stayed longer.”

“We definitely enjoyed the location of the property. It was close to everything without being right in the middle of town. The yard was nice size and a great addition to the house. The yard had a swing set and fire pit that my kids thought was the greatest. They also have a ping pong table in the basement with a couple kids toys. The house was definitely nice and well worth the stay, host is also very responsive to messages.”

“This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...

“Very nice and detailed , good communication skills , quiet area , will book again !”

“All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again!”

“Great”

“very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful”

“The house is great, easy location, has everything you need and comfortable beds. Door was a little annoying to work with but other wise it was great. I'm a big cook and the kitchen had everything you could need but limited at the same time. Just if you plan on doing any cook. Seth is great and responds in a timely manner to any questions and making sure we got into the house, thank you Seth!”

“House was roomy and beautifully decorated. The amenities like soap, coffee and laundry soap were available which made the stay so convenient. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Neighborhood was safe with sidewalks to stroll on. Only negatives were frequent trains going by at all times of the day and night. Bed in the main bedroom was comfortable while the other bedroom mattress was not comfortable. The house is close to the Ark but there are few restaurants or other activities close by.”

“Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and incredibly well cared for. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and communicated with us every step of the way. The value for the price was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!”
