“Full renovation but no flexibility on rate nor check out times.”

“Room cleaning wasn’t as expected ”

“Check-in was a little bit chaotic. A lot of people checking in at the same time when we arrived. They mixed us up with another guest with the same second name, but they fixed it quickly. Overall it was a good stay - 4 nights. Clean rooms and close to a lot of Chinese restaurants and grocery stores just across the street. The breakfast buffet was good. This was a buffet with omelette, bread, fruits, yoghurt, waffle, coffee, tea and juice, not the ordinary continental breakfast you get everywhere...

“Great staff!”

“Our bedroom was OK. The AC was not working. The sofa bed was super hard. Not comfortable at all. Free breakfast was OK. But we liked the location right next to the Great Mall.”

“Booked for the price and got what I paid for. Was offered a choice of two rooms when I arrived, late at night. The first one the key didn't work, the other the air-conditioning didn't work. Elevator was out, but the gentleman carried my suitcase up. Arriving back from meeting, the tub had been cleaned and the stopper was down so that the dripping tap (which couldn't be stopped) had half filled the tub with hot water. A few more hours and it would have overflowed.”

“Staff was nice and helpful”
