“Everything were nice, BUT not that they charge you 50$ for parking and breakfast per day”

“Check-in was a little bit chaotic. A lot of people checking in at the same time when we arrived. They mixed us up with another guest with the same second name, but they fixed it quickly. Overall it was a good stay - 4 nights. Clean rooms and close to a lot of Chinese restaurants and grocery stores just across the street. The breakfast buffet was good. This was a buffet with omelette, bread, fruits, yoghurt, waffle, coffee, tea and juice, not the ordinary continental breakfast you get everywhere...

“The property pictures suggest that rooms might have amenities like a Radisson or Home2Suites. They have a cooking appliance and reasonably large fridge but nothing else. No cookware, plates, silverware, glasses, etc. I paid 22.99 for 1 week of "Enhanced Internet", Most of the time the service was bouncing between nothing and 2.7 Mbps. Front desk did not help, nor did the internet help desk. After complaining about a week of almost no internet they still proceeded to charge me. No concern...

“The room was nothing like your advertisement. No room to move around,the water for the sink didn't work and when I called to let them know they said someone would be right up. No one showed up. They didn't have a elevator to get my suitcase or my disabled husband to the room and ac didn't work well and neither did the tv we will not be going back ”

“I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...
