“The dome itself was lovely and well situated on the water. The bed was uncomfortable, but the linens were clean. I was very disappointed in the facilities. I have no issues with using a pit toilet, however you must provide some running water for guests. The only way I was able to fill up water bottles was to ask the people at the lodge to go into the kitchen to fill my water bottles. I was also incredibly disgusted by the showers at Cabot Shores. “Cute camping pod, clean The electric floor fan , was so dusty it’s need clean, air is not flowing air very good because of so much dust on it . Good with picnic table in front of the pod ”

“Make sure to read the description carefully! I was not aware that there was no power (not a huge deal) but they did warn me to bring a towel (they don’t supply). No one to greet us, and it took a few minutes to sort out which pod was ours. The kitchen seemed to have enough pots and pans. For the price , not sure….”

“We had an average stay. Geared more for younger folks than us! Never met the host but they had no problem changing our reservation when our plans changed. If you arrive after 7 make sure you have had supper or bring something along. Everything is closed. Not much to do in the area.”
