âThis place is better than a hostel. Everything that is up to the staff is perfect. The only problem are the guests. People that go to hostels can at times be loud and selfish, so in this case in the night they made noise when walking up and down the stairs in the back yard. A tip to the staff would be to try to discipline their guests.â

âI would recommend Jo&Joe for your stay in Rio if the purpose of your visit is to see Christ the Redeemer since this place is steps away from the train that takes you to see the Christ.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, always guiding us and helping us with our questions. They even went the extra mile helping us make some local phone calls since our phones would not work in Brazil.
The hotel has pool and restaurant service which makes your stay nice and smooth.

âStĂ„tligaste hotellet i Rio. Gammalt och klassiskt men ocksĂ„ nyrenoverat. Ăr man det minsta otrygg i en stad man hört mycket om kommer detta hotel kĂ€nnas mycket tryggt. Poolen Ă€r en riktig oas att bara vara vid. Hotellet ligger direkt mot stranden Copacabana och man har egen personal och stolar ute pĂ„ stranden. Detta underlĂ€ttar badandet i havet enormt mycket. Riktigt bra frukost som just ett lyxhotell skall ha.â

âThe room and hotel was clean, nice, we liked the interior very much and it made us feel welcome, at home. As did the whole staff, we were taken care of and liked every suggestion we received in terms of what we could do and where we could eat. The breakfast is worth a stay itself, not included, with focus on quality instead of quantity and is enjoyed with a wonderful view. ItÂŽs located in a quiet area so bus/taxi is required but not a problem since itÂŽs nearby.â

"What a deception! I have many times chosed Ibis Botafogo when in Rio, and have been very satisfied. This time however Ibis Botafogo was fully booked and I ended up at Ibis styles Horrible bed and pillows, bad cleaning up, you could hear your neighbors chat, the breakfast was some afternoon tea, a lot of cakes, the reception staff, well they answered the questions where the knew tha answers, but didnÂŽt do a thing to make a call to get more information.
