“This is a great place to stay! The kids loved the nearby pool, and we enjoyed having a separate room and bathroom for them. It was nice and clean, and all of the linens smelled fresh. The fully stocked kitchen was nice to save some money by eating in. It wasn't too far from downtown Branson as well as Table Rock State Park. Plus, it is only minutes from Silver Dollar City, and has a very nice view from the spacious balcony. There were also a few extra treats - popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee...

“We went for a weekend getaway it’s very close to Silver Dollar City we normally do cabins but wanted to try a condo. When we arrived and was checking out everything we ran across a few things we found unpleasant. The floors in the kitchen was bubbling as if they have been wet a few times. Holes in the back of the doors of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The tiles in the bathrooms was so cracked that there was missing grout. None of the bedroom doors latched so you could push them through with just...

“We were just coming down for a couple nights and found this little place to stay. It had everything we needed only question is that it stated pastries in the description and showed pictures but we never saw any pastries.”

“The beds in the down stairs rooms were very uncomfortable. They have a terrible noise anytime you move that was so loud it would wake whoever was sleeping. The condo was stocked really well for our party of 10 and had a beautiful view, but we didnt sleep well on the beds at all. Also, the coffee pot did not work and there was no coffee shops close. ”

“Stayed for a few nights. It was "hotel clean," but there were cobwebs and dirty vent fans. Small things, but the place could use a good spring cleaning. Sad thing is, for a nice place you sure can hear people walking and talking above. Owners seemed like they try but can't help that the insulation above is not there so you hear A LOT.”

“Considering several properties and stays in the Branson area, this is the least maintained by the owner. It needs considerable improvements, as much of it has outlived it's useful life. Rates do not reflect the condition. Overall, the cleanliness is okay. All-in-all, many better options are available for this price point.”

“I would stay here again, however some things do need to be updated. There were some rotted boards out on the deck which being on the top floor is concerning especially if someone had kids. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Other than that, overall pleased with the whole condo.”

“We were down for a wedding and we brought our boat. Marina was just down the road and Cottage Resort had trailer parking for us also.”
