The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, making meal preparation a delight. When it's time to dine, choose between indoor and outdoor tables, each accommodating six guests comfortably.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements

This single-level home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:

Primary Suite: King bed, 50” smart TV, pool/patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 features a King bed and an Audrey Hepburn theme while Bedroom 3 had a Queen sleigh bed and 50” TV.
Bedroom 4/Office has a Queen bed, a wild cat theme, 50” smart TV, and a desk with printer, keyboard snd 2 monitors.  This room had direct access to the pool/patio.
Private Casita (Bedroom 5): Queen bed, bistro table for two, direct pool/patio access, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Additional Convenience: A half bath is also available in the main house.

Heated Saltwater Pool & Spa with color LED lighting system (Heating at additional cost, see below): Unwind on loungers by the 5-foot-deep pool and rejuvenate in the spa.

No smoking or vaping in the house
Utility Information for Monthly Guests: Guests staying 30 days or more pay the actual cost of gas and electricity. A $1,500/month utility deposit is required. This is in place of the nightly Pool Heating Fee.
Short-Term Stays during BNP Open  (7-21 Nights): Subject to Indian Wells TOT tax and an optional Pool Heating Fee of $89/night.
Noise Policy: Located in a quiet, residential area, we participate in the Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology monitors decibel levels (privacy compliant) to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
