Upon entry, we found visible stains on the carpet and furniture, heavily stained pillows and sheets, and towels that were dingy and worn. There was a moisture spot on the living room ceiling, the front yard was overgrown, the BBQ needed cleaning, and the massage chair was ripped. “The inside of the room was OK. It was the outside that was a problem for us, lots of traffic going on people hanging out outside. What looked to be like somebody was having a party in one of the rooms hardly got any rest because you can hear people walking back-and-forth. I booked for two nights but did not stay the last night. I spoke with front desk about issuing a refund. They stated that they would, but I have yet not to receive that.”

“I was skeptical at first, but my stay went well. The property was clean—nothing over the top (luxury wise) , but well maintained and tidy. Customer service was a bit challenging due to the language barrier, and the friendliness wasn’t great, though I wasn’t really surprised. Overall, I would definitely stay there again because of the price and the location being so close to the airport, with parking included.”
