“The toilet paper holder was broken off and TP just sitting on the toilet. Door not sealed in the bottom so I could hear the yelling and screaming in the parking lot. Office staff was amazing though!”

They were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about great restaurants to try! I will be booking with them again when I come back to LA!”

“My room was a good size and it was very clean. The pool area was amazing. I reserved my room for 3 nights and had no problems the first 2 nights. On the evening of the 3rd night, the power went out in part of my room. I only had full power in the bathroom which meant I had to charge my phone in the bathroom and use the coffee maker in the bathroom. The only light working in the general area were the little lights over the bed. I couldn't even watch turn on the TV. I called the desk around 9pm...

“I ended up not staying there. There was only a bathroom available not one inside the room. There wasn’t parking available either, meaning I would have had to park quite far from the place. No AC only a fan. This property is a hostel not a motel nor hotel. Staff was friendly”
