The Space:
Boston's Retreat by Tiny Away is located in a locality in Inman Valley, SA. Perfectly set on farmland approximately a 15-archer block from the Inman Valley River, which runs alongside the tiny house with farm animals such as sheep, a cow, an emu, and alpacas that you can feed during your visit. Close to Urimbirra Wildlife Park, Ingalalla Falls, Carrickalinga Beach, Myponga Reservoir, and Fleurieu Peninsula accommodation.
A cozy 139-square-foot stay and one of Inman Valley's holiday homes with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Bellas Haven," available with 24 hours' notice in advance which is approximately 30 meters away from the Boston's Retreat.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence (700 meters away from the cabin). If you need urgent help or medical attention, please contact your host via message or call.
ADVANCE NOTICE:
To help prevent power outages during your stay, please avoid using multiple high-powered appliances or sockets at the same time. Managing usage this way helps prevent power trips and ensures a smooth experience throughout your stay.
Guests are welcome to observe our grazing animals, but feed is only provided with prior host approval.

Boston's Retreat is one of Inman Valley's peaceful holiday homes, Fleurieu Peninsula, 86 kilometers south of Adelaide, South Australia. Bushwalking trails, fishing yabbies, picnic spots, and restaurants are just a few of the places we recommend vacationers visit.
Victor Harbour and the Fleurieu Peninsula are two nearby attractions with only a short drive away from the property.

- Myponga Reservoir Reserve is nestled near the township of Myponga on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula. Trails here are ideal for walking and running with room for families to enjoy a picnic.

Other Things to Note:
Pre-orders
- Initial load of firewood is provided free of charge. Extra firewood comes with a fee of $25 per load.
- WiFi is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have farm animals and pets on the property
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home; only outdoors
- Upon arrival, guests will get a safety briefing from the land host
- Good mobile signal for Telstra and weak signal for other networks
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Some spaces are shared and please be advised that there is another tiny house on the property
- Please remember to use one appliance at a time, but feel free to keep the air conditioning and lights on simultaneously.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
