“Every single person who I had contact with was so professional, helpful and supportive. They also didn’t rush me, which is one mistake that a lot of people in customer service make. They are all knowledgeable about helping customers, not frustrating them . It was my son Lucas birthday and he had a great time.”

“This property is not only not up today date but it has roaches. The only thing that’s halfway decent is the lobby. Everything is outdated and it has a weird smell. The hotel is extremely creepy. When I advised the front desk worker that I have found roaches in my room, she didn’t even acknowledge what I said to her. She simply said she was just gonna put me in a different room.
