“It's a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lake Simcoe is amazingly clean and blue, and we got lucky with the weather at the end of August. The house has everything you need, and more. We paddled on stand up paddleboards, we used kayaks, we enjoyed the lake view from both patios. Everything in the house is very well thought through, we were able to relax and enjoy it. We will definitely come back. ”

“Ignatius was a super responsive host, the house was very clean, and the area was very convenient to go to Vetta spa. However, it was not worth the money we paid. The hot tub (why we picked the place) had green and dirty water, the bedrooms lack proper heating (baseboard heating that doesn’t work great, in some rooms), and everything inside and outside of the place needs quite a bit of TLC, including claw marks in some of the rooms, stained walls and ceilings, drywall cut outs in some of the...
