“Only one word: Wow!!! We loved staying at this hotel, it made our honeymoon the best! The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so nice and friendly. The outside environment was magnificent and the rooms here so nice. The view was amazing and to wake up hearing the birds outside and see the mountains.”

“It was AMAZING! Everything. The location , the building, the room, the cleaning, the breakfast…everything was more than perfect. And especially the people that work there. Everyone in the reception (especially Kim - we love you!) and the cleaning young ladies. There are no words to describe what we feel. Thank you so much for those days with you. See you soon again!”

“Trevlig personal, fina rum, sköna sängar.”

“Nice staff, great location, VERY nice breakfast, comfortable beds”

“Good beds and a good sleep. But the staff came across as rude and lacking service mind. The checkin process took significantly longer than at other hotels. Seems like they still have a lot of "new hotel" problems including lacking experience. Priced at the higher end among the hotels in town. I have stayed at 10 hotels in Innsbruck past 2 years, i rate this one second to worst.”
