“Good stay ”

“The apartment was clean and the owners were prompt and proactive with all communications. They provided a nice coffee bar with a high end Keurig which we enjoyed. The unit was exactly as pictured. For our tastes, It could use some freshening up as part are a bit dated, and less clutter. Overall, it was clean and safe and served our needs well for the Columbia/USC area.”

“It was close to Five Points and the train was surprising at first but after the initial shock it was not an issue. Thx for the ice trays and pitcher with filtered water. Really liked the shower and water pressure. We didn’t have to drive anywhere after arriving thankfully, the parking area is tight but grateful for parking. ”

“Muy limpio y bueno”

“Great location - right in the heart of Five Points!James responded right away to our questions.I was a bit confused about where to park and how to access the keys, but once we figured that out, everything went smoothly from there. For our two-night stay, it was perfect.Thank you, James!”

“The house was very clean and the host was very helpful. My only complaint is that while it did technically sleep five people, there was no door between the pull out couch in the living room and the bedroom. As a result, there is no privacy and the person (people) sleeping on the pull out couch have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. I would clarify that the space should really be only for a couple, or a couple with young children.”

“Location was excellent. Property as advertised and for a fair price (and on Masters weekend)!”

“Convenient and Cute Modern Decor! Clean and comfy!”
