“Overall a really great experience. Strange setup with limitations/vouchers to use hotel facilities... could for instance only use the hotel gym and pool once per day during my stay. Have never experienced limitations on usage of hotel facilities like this in a 5 star hotel before. Staff was mostly helpful and nice, but some were not the most service minded.”

“In between flights, needed to stay in a hotel in airport location. Originally booked a hotel outside hotel, then we found this transit hotel inside of Terminal 2. This one is much convenient than any outside hotels. Nice, clean, quiet, easy for airport shopping. Close to all the restaurants. Most important, no need to wait for the custom checks since it is in the gates area, near gate 250. Will stay again. By the way, Incheon airport is the best airport over all. ”
“This is a very good Hotel with quality breakfast for staying before flying out or in to Seoul Int. Airport. However, the bathroom is still in very old style and clumsy though.
Rest is very fine. The hotel can be used for short stay for taking Int- Flight from the Seoul Airport. The personnel are well mannered and the restaurant has quality food at the breakfast. Overall this is a quite good hotel at the Terminal 1 area of Seoul Int. Airport. Transport facility to & from the Airport is superb.”
“Comfortable hotel a 35' drive from Incheon airport. We were looking for a hotel to stay in between flights that would be in an area that we could walk around and where there would be some restaurants as well. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The airport collection service was also really efficient (the taxi driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a name placard) and the staff were helpful. Would recommend!”
