“Great for peace and solitude. Hammocks are relaxing. If this is what you are looking for you won't regret staying here.Nice architecture and custom carpentry.Midway between Lakes Cuyuga and Seneca for vineyards and other attractions.Description lists three person max but it is more suitable for two.We were there in summer but would be nice to take advantage of wood burning stove in colder months.We would rent again when in the area.”

“Not a bad spot at all. Kinda small for anyone bringing more than five people. The neighbors in front don’t like the fact it is being rented out. If you don’t mind glares or the occasional lawn being mowed while relaxing outside, it’s a good spot. The other residents around are super nice and allow you to use their deck for fishing and swimming. The surrounding area is nice. Really close to a grocery store.”

“The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches ”

“All rooms were clean. Floors could have been cleaner. We had to go buy our own toilet paper. We had to clean off the outdoor furniture it was covered in spider webs and bird poop.”

“Had a wedding in the area and it worked out great for an extended weekend stay. had one small housekeeping issue when we go there but Kevin was excellent and very prompt getting it taken care of. I would recommend staying there if you are in the area.”
