Also, during breakfast, the chair that I was going to sit on had long black hairs, and the table was so wobbly that my coffee was spilled several times. What surprised me was that the waitress said nothing after I asked for a new plate for my coffee cup, since mine was full. “We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. “I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. It is good for the price and the location is very convenient to many restaurants ,retailers, and entertainment and recreation.”

“The place is literally falling apart. The concrete roof above my head in one of the breezways literally crumbled less than a few seconds of me walking under it. I took a picture of the aftermath with the chuncks of concrete and rusted rebar on the floor. This place is the textbook definition of 'you get what you pay for'. At around $55 a night, it was bound to be in poor condition. ”
