As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by a relaxed coastal atmosphere, featuring easy-care flooring, comfortable furnishings and tasteful seaside touches that create a warm and inviting home away from home. The property is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a heat pump hot water system to ensure comfort in every season and plenty of hot water for all guests.

The home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and includes two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with a tri-bunk. The main bathroom features both a bath and shower, along with a separate toilet. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer makes the property ideal for longer family stays.

The newly renovated kitchen is bright and well appointed with everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay, including a refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all essential cooking utensils.

Unwind in the comfortable living room featuring cosy sofas, a TV with Netflix, WiFi and a selection of games to keep the kids entertained. Guests can also enjoy their morning coffee or evening drink in the lounge, dining area or on the outdoor veranda while taking in views of the ocean.

Outside, the property offers a fantastic entertaining area with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for warm summer evenings. The spacious backyard provides plenty of room for children to run and play, while the beautifully designed pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. The pool is maintained at approximately 26°C during January and February.

The garage has been converted into a fun games room, complete with an automatic door, snooker table, air hockey table, pool table and table tennis table, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. You’ll also find the second bathroom in the garage, featuring a shower and toilet—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach or a swim in the pool before heading back inside.
