Radhus på 3 våningar på SW-sidan av Iowa City nära interstate med enkel tillgång till University of Iowa Hospital och västra sidan campus. 2 bilmonterat garage och tvätt på bottenvåningen med våningssäng för 2 gäster. Vardagsrum med soffa i bra storlek och kök med 1/2 badrum på mellersta våningen. 2 sovrum med 2 kompletta badrum på toppen. Bara få platsutrymme så fler möbler och bättre bilder kommer :)

Great stay in Iowa City

This property was surprisingly much nicer than on line photos. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Stayed there for 2 nights while attending a Univ of IA football game. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay, responsive manager

No frills but good amount of space

No frills condo, and outdated, But good amount of space, and fairly clean. Carpet needs replaced with a solid surface in areas. Appreciated it being in a quieter neighborhood but off a Main Street that gets you to most places. It was fine for the few hours we were there a couple of days.

The townhouse is in an apartment complex near the highway, which is convenient. Very clean and quiet. There was a 3rd bedroom with a bunkbed that we didn't expect. It was quiet and clean.

Wedding prep!

We came to Iowa for our son’s wedding. This townhouse was centrally located and served our purposes very well. There were extra mattresses and sleeping options which was nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Lovely condo in a great neighborhood

We booked this property for family who came to IC for a celebration in December. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of linens and basic pantry supplies. We were in the middle of the blizzard and the warmth and coziness of the house was much appreciated. Mark's communication was prompt and he accommodated our requests where possible. Would certainly choose to use this property again.

Perfect for Game Day or Downtown Visit

Great location for quick and easy trip to campus and downtown. Roomy townhouse for two couples (plus a bunk bed if you have kids along). Garage for parking is a plus. Owner is very good with contact. We stayed for a weekend to go to a Hawkeyes game. It was perfect for that. Grocery store less than a mile away.

A great location close to the University

The perfect place to stay to visit our daughter at University of Iowa. The home is about a 9-minute drive from the University in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly as described - clean, well appointed, and convenient. Mark was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Nice place for out of town family coming for funeral

I booked this townhouse for my adult children, their partners & 1 grandchild so they could attend my Fathers funeral. I believe everything was fine during their stay. The price was reasonable. The only negative I would have is it’s 3 levels-lots of stairs but I’m almost 60 & I didn’t stay there so it was ok for them. Mark & I communicated via email & phone. He was easy to work with & I will book this again if/when needed.
