“Staff service was top notch.”

“Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable ”

“Jag bokade ett rum med frukost. Trots detta försökte man debitera mig för frukosten. Detta rättades visserligen till efter ett antal påpekanden. Hotellet utlover fritt WiFi internet. Detta fungerar mycket dåligt och bara i hotellfoajen. Ingen täckning på rummet. Hotellet gränsar till Centurion Lake som sprider on obehaglig lukt i hotellets pool area.”

“Lugnt område om man vill komma ifrån city och bara vara. Vi valde det pga närhet till vänner i området.”
