“Great little cottage, that met our needs for the weekend. Little place.”

“The property was well appointed and had everything needed to make it a comfortable experience. Its proximity to the water was an added bonus. There was a loose paver at the front left of the sidewalk that needs repair and a stain on the couch which was very unappealing. However our overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Owner and management were very friendly ”

“Loved this comfortable yurt. Clean and comfortable. Location perfect. Nice walking park a block over along the Niagara River. Convenient location to several quaint eateries. Very close to the falls.Owner communicated well. We had a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend.”

“Comfortable beds, but conditions of linens was poor. Hole in the comforter and towels looked and felt like grandmas house. Kitchen utensils and pans were described as adequate… well, barely adequate would be more appropriate. House is for sale and it’s stocked with owners leftovers…”

“Pet friendly, cabin on the cutest little farm! It was a comfortable stay for us and our pets. Close to lots of restaurants and sights around Orchard Park…Go Bills! The host brought over corn hole boards and bags for us to use with local family. All in all, we loved it. We will be back! ”

“We really enjoyed the blue cottage. Well thought out setup. Great kitchen with new appliances was perfect for when we made our own meals. The large screen TV's. Laundry room, comfy memory foam beds, and great lighting all added up to a real pleasant 5 night stay. The off street parking was also a plus.”
