“You never told me that I was booking a hotel with 2 of the 4 floor under remodel. They told me you guys never communicate. I have booked a lot from you and this was a terrible experience. Bad enough for me not to use you again when I finish with my current bookings through you. By the way when my tv didn’t work they told me I could check out and find another hotel.”

“Clean rooms breakfast was very good with plenty. Only thing missing is a greasy fruit bar.”

“Everything was very good except was woke the night on two nights at 3:45 am complaint to the front desk and they asked if I wanted to move so I did, but I shouldn’t have to do that”

“The room temperature setting worked perfectly to whatever you set it. The rooms were kept clean and staff was friendly”

“Outdated rooms, with an AC unit that kept us awake all night long! Way overpriced $165 a night! No thanks, first and last time I will stay at this place.”

“Nice place, but we stayed 2 nights. We didn’t get clean sheets/towels or housekeeping after first night. Maybe, that’s customary? Overall stay nice. Clean. Free breakfast is minimal. Tangerines, yogurt, packaged muffin and packaged hard boiled eggs-it was ok.”

“The staff of 1 was helpful when needed. Room was clean with no issues however, there was no television remote in the room, no ironing board, no iron. Beds were very low to the floor yet comfortable. There was a kitchen but no equipment should I had wanted to cook. No coffee pot, cups, only two small plastic cups in the bathroom.”

“The property was nice. The rooms were very comfortable and the AC worked great. The pool was busy but kid friendly.”
