“We were five friends visiting the UP for our annual ski trip and this was the most pleasant stay we've ever had! There was so much space for all of us to exist without feeling cramped. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was so nice to relax our sore muscles. The non-skiers among us appreciated being in town to wander around to shops and cafes while the rest of us were on the slopes. It's clear a lot of care and love went into this apartment....

“Colleen was a super host and a sweetheart as well. Place is very well equipped and very clean for its age. Gal of water in the fridge and the snack bowl on the table was a great touch. If you like downtown Hurley this location is awesome, it’s just a stumble around the block to get home. We will definitely be back this winter!!! Thanks again guys!!!”

“We had a great time staying in Bessemer with our three teenage kids for a ski weekend. The location was perfect, with a super short drive the Snowriver ski resorts to the east and Big Powderhorn to the west. The location is within walking distance to a new Kwik Trip (perfect for basic groceries), a Dairy Queen, the Pit Stop bar & Grill and the Spinning Spur Saloon. “We had such a wonderful couple days of peaceful serenity while staying at the Hannu Haus. There were do many special touches to the decor that added to the warmth & coziness of the log cabin. It had plenty of space to entertain and well thought out ideas for keeping children occupied. The coffee bar was exceptionally awesome and we all enjoyed the great coffee beverages that the Jura made!! I would give the Hannu -Hause 10 stars!! We hope to come back again!!”
