“I’m a dedicated Marriott: Bon Voy member. I’ve traveled the globe staying at Ritz Carlton locations for decades. Upon arrival the check in was very smooth and was greeted respectfully by the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop located un lobby had the entire system go down so could serve guests. The service pool side and their drinks were exceptionally poor. The tv in the room didn’t work and when explaining I was offered points as a solution. The construction was so noisy it’s impossible...

“Me and another lady literally saw 2 roaches crawling all around by the front door steps on my arrival. The staff and hotel was VERY unorganized and tbh very unprofessional. I simply would never refer this hotel. Then the robes in my room were very worn & looked dirty. I got multiple false charged on my card during my stay. Just an all around a very unpleasant stay. So much i checked out a day early and checked in a different hotel.”

“I enjoyed my stay but the building is definitely outdated and more areas need an upgrade. I would also suggest that the toilets be raised or updated to higher toilets as grown ppl are not children and need higher toilets to sit on for ore comfort. Also make sure the staff are not laying on the beds as one of the beds in the trim sleds of someone’s perfume/cologne and it was right after we got into the room after check in at 3pm”
