“I stayed in this hotel twice, the first time was perfect, but the second time was really bad. We ordered a shuttle to pick us up from the airport and it took it an hour and 10 minutes to arrive. We had to stand in the heat waiting for the shuttle while the hotel is exactly 10 minutes away. When we arrived to the room, the AC and the room was broken and we had to depend on floor unit to cool off part of the room. “We returned to this hotel after two weeks on the road. Our expectations were high and the hotel and its staff massively exceeded the expectations. This is just one of these places where you feel home away from home. Good job team!”

“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“This is my second stay with DFW Lakes. Staff is always friendly and professional. Room is clean. Love the Bonnie and Clyde restaurant. Food is delicious and drinks are amazing. Do have to pay extra for breakfast but it’s worth it.”
