“The house and pool were lovely. It was a 20 min walk to the nearest big shop for food, but we had a hire car so that didn't bother us. It was lovely and quiet with great views over to Fuerteventure. There was only air conditioning in the double rooms, but fans available in the others. The couple of minor issues we had while we were there were dealt with quickly and had a very friendly chat with the owner before we arrived to give us all the check in details which was lovely. ”

“Utopia is excellent, it's clean easy to find, easy check in and near all the Playa Flamingo facilities. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 or more. If you rent a car then you can get to the beaches of Papagayo and all the other attractions Lanzarote has to offer but if you prefer to walk then Playa Flamingo is an easy walk away as are 2 of the water parks. We travel with our autistic son and this villa was perfect with surrounding walls...

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carmen. As a group of 6 adults and 4 children the Villa provided us with all we needed. The pool and outside area is very well positioned with plenty of seating and sunbeds, the games room was a real bonus. The layout of the Villa is perfect for multiple families. “L'hébergement est conforme a l'annonce. La villa est très bien équipée. L'emplacement est au calme et pas loin des plages , des restos, de l'aéroport. Nous avons passe un excellent sejour en famille. La piscine a ete également appréciée de tous. Nous recommandons cette villa . Le propriétaire est disponible par message et les instructions données etaient claires .Le seul bemol cest la pression de l'eau dans les douches . Mais ce nest qu un détail. ”

10/10 Fantastiskt

"I am no a professinal reviewer of hotel, but they must have thought I was... That's the only reason i can think of why they pulled out *all* the stops to make me feel valued and welcome like they did. Wonderful room, wonderful service, really good food - especially the cheese spread, and extra especially the "semi cured flower cheese", which i guess is the canarian version of appfenzeller? Either way, great place, would definitively come back. Also technically not the hotel, but the dive centre on the grounds were excellent as well."

"Mycket trevligt hotell med bra service, god mat och fina rum. Bra underhållning på kvällarna. Lite slitet, därför kanske bara tre stjärnor. Ett perfekt alternativ för den som vill ha sol och bad på en helt underbar strand. Mina bästa rekommendationer,Helt"
