“Our stay here was great! The townhouse was clean and spacious. It get’s very hot even in late October but the breeze is great and there are two air conditioning units that help a lot. The private plunge pool is an amazing feature and we did use the infinity pool within the complex. Rincón is just a few minutes away by car and there are a ton of places to eat there as small shops. “The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains).”

“The villa was well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with every amenity. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were outstanding. The interior was nicely and tastefully decorated. Beautiful landscaping, well maintained pool and outside furniture. The views are amazing. Excellent location. ”
